Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies are used by eloquium-ai.com and for what purposes. Eloquium is operated by Codex Ingenium Holding OÜ, with registered office in Tallinn, Estonia (European Union).
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They can be used to keep users logged in, remember preferences, or collect anonymised statistics.
2. Cookies used by Eloquium
Eloquium uses an extremely limited number of cookies, strictly necessary for the operation of the service. We do not use profiling, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies.
| Cookie name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Technical / necessary | Session authentication cookie set by Supabase. Contains the encrypted token needed to keep the user logged in. Without this cookie it would not be possible to access the dashboard. | Browser session (deleted on logout or session expiry) |
| eloquium-consent | Technical / necessary | Stores the user's cookie preference expressed through the consent banner. This cookie is needed to avoid showing the banner again on each visit. | 365 days |
3. Analytics without cookies: Plausible
For web analytics we use Plausible Analytics, a European service (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) that operates entirely without cookies and without collecting personal data. Plausible does not use fingerprinting, does not track individual users, and does not store any information on the visitor's device. The collected data (page views, referrer, country, device type) is fully anonymous and aggregated. No personal data leaves the European Union. For this reason, Plausible does not require cookie consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive.
4. Third-party cookies
Eloquium does not embed any third-party service that installs cookies on the user's device. Stripe payment processing takes place exclusively on Stripe's external pages and does not set cookies on our domain.
5. How to manage cookies
The user can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may make authentication and access to the service impossible. Below are the cookie management guides for the most common browsers:
- Google Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
- Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy
- Microsoft Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service. Substantial changes will be communicated via the consent banner or by email. The updated version will always be available at this page.
