About Eloquium

Eloquium is an AI voice assistant built in Europe, for Europe. Our mission is simple: ensure that no business call ever goes unanswered again.

For decades, answering the phone well has been a privilege. Big companies had receptionists and call centres; small ones had answering machines and lost customers. Today, AI has removed that barrier, and Eloquium makes the technology available to any business, from the local hair salon to a chain of fifty hotels, all for the price of a dinner for two.

We are not another American AI startup. We are a European company, headquartered in Estonia, building a product designed specifically for European businesses: local phone numbers, six native languages, full GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, and setup in under five minutes.

The team

Eloquium is a product of Codex Ingenium Holding OÜ, founded by Fabrizio Cipriani. Before Eloquium, the same technology was validated in two live projects: a boat charter service in Puglia and a concierge for B&Bs in Bari. Both continue to run in production today.
